Jag har skrivit och talat om det i \u00e5ratal, men f\u00f6rst under senare \u00e5r har forskningen kommit fram till att acceptans \u00e4r en f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Inte f\u00f6rr\u00e4n man har accepterat det som har h\u00e4nt kan man g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got \u00e5t det. Acceptansen, till skillnad fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rnekelsen, g\u00f6r att man kommer \u00e5t det sv\u00e5ra och kan bearbeta det och l\u00e4mna det bakom sig. Inom psykoterapin talar man om den tredje v\u00e5gens psykoterapier, s.k. acceptansterapier. I V\u00e4rkstadens Internetrehabilitering startar jag med en Acceptanskurs.<\/p>\n<p><em>Acceptans<\/em> \u00e4r en mental process som kan underl\u00e4ttas med olika metoder, t.ex. meditation i olika former. <em>Mindfulness<\/em> (medveten n\u00e4rvaro) \u00e4r just nu i ropet. Det \u00e4r en utm\u00e4rkt metod, med vilken man tr\u00e4nar sig i att v\u00e5ga vara n\u00e4rvarande \u00e4ven i det sv\u00e5ra. N\u00e4r man v\u00e5gar det \u00e4r det sv\u00e5ra inte l\u00e4ngre s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt. Det \u00e4r oftast undvikandet av det sv\u00e5ra som st\u00e4ller till de st\u00f6rsta problemen.<\/p>\n<p>Avs\u00e4tt en stund denna helg \u00e5t att fundera \u00f6ver om och vad det \u00e4r du har st\u00e4ngt in i ditt inre och inte v\u00e5gar m\u00f6ta.
